Sapphire ring remodelled into a contemporary design

This is a new ring design we created for a customer. She had a traditional ring with a sapphire in it surrounded by small diamonds. We unset the sapphire and had it recut because it was damaged from having been worn. We unset the diamonds and created this ring design especially to fit her stones. It's a contemporary design with the stone being held on two sides with the diamonds set on opposite edges of the band. The design really highlights the beautiful blue colour of her sapphire.
