You can contact us if you can't see the amount you want to give and we can create a gift voucher with the exact amount you want to give.

Our designer jewellery gift vouchers are delivered to your inbox as soon as you place your order. You can choose to send the gift voucher to the person you want to treat. Perfect if you want a gift and need it quickly for someone you aren't going to see in person. 

Alternatively, we can post you a physical voucher for you to give in person or we can post it for you as a gift to the person you want to give it to. There's no additional charge for having a physical voucher. 

Our vouchers are beautifully gift wrapped with our branded ribbon.

Our vouchers can be used to buy jewellery from our website, or our studio in Ayr and they can also be used to commission jewellery or to have jewellery remodelled.

Specific Sizes & Customisations

You can request rings in specific sizes, choose different styles & lengths of chains or customise our designs with different gemstones or different precious metal. Just get in touch by whatsapp on 07749890107, email christine@christinesadler.com or contact us through our webchat to discuss what you would like and to get a price and timescale for any changes.

Shipping & Returns

UK shipping is free for all orders and includes free luxury gift wrapping and box and gift bag.

We can arrange for your order to arrive on a day that suits you best. It will be delivered before 1pm on the day of your choice. That can include delivery on a Saturday if that suits you best.

If your payment has passed 3D secure authentication, we can also deliver it to an alternative address with a message for the recipient.

All of our jewellery with the exception of earrings and commissioned items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or items purchased for Christmas gifts in November or December can be returned up until the 10th of January. All of our jewellery is posted insured so you can be confident it will arrive safely with you. For more information please check our Returns Policy and our Shipping Policy
